They have all kinds of bidets, electric, non- electric, sprayers, portable. I always find what my clients need. As a manufacture, they also have spare parts just in case a client brakes a knob or moves and need an extra flexible pipe or adaptor.

Easiest installation I’ve ever had. I’m a plumber and install all kinds of bidets. This one has all parts and they are all Canada standards. No need to run to home depot for an extra part. It takes 5 minutes to install it, instructions are clear and bilingual!

When I spoke to my plumber about purchasing a bidet, he said connections are not per canada standards and we’ll have to buy extra connections at Rona and it may leak and damage my floors and ceiling. I tried it at one of my friend’s house who has it for more than a year now without any problem. He highly recommended it and showed me all parts. I ordered three on line, they arrived 2 days after and I installed them by myself. I didn’t even need a plumber.

I totally prefer this Sprayer over those units that mount under a toilet seat. They have, at least for me, unnecessary extra features and require a more involved cleaning method.
I mounted the bracket that holds the spray handle on the sink cabinet for easy access. I also have other Bona products that I all gave 5 stars ratings. I’ve used bidets, or ‘bidet like’ features my entire life. I even have a portable Bona travel kit.
