Which parts or accessories do I need to buy to install it?

You don’t need to buy anything, the BS 2NHC comes with all parts and accessories as well as installation guide.

What’s the difference between the BB1NC, The BB 2NC, BB 2NHC and BS 2NHC?

The BB1NC has one nozzle and is connected to the cold-water supply. The BB 2NC has 2 nozzles and a self- cleaning feature for the nozzles. The BB 2NHC has 2 nozzles, a self- cleaning features and is connected to the hot and cold water. The BS 2NHC has 2 nozzles, a self-cleaning feature and is connected to the hot and cold water, with an attractive new design.

What’s the difference between The BS 2NHC and the BB 2NHC?

Both BB 2NHC & BS 2NHC have • 2 nozzles, • a self- cleaning feature, • Water temperature control knob, • and is connected to the hot and cold water. The main difference between both model is on the BS 2NHC one knob to select the nozzle and the water pressure on the BB 2NHC one knob to select the nozzle and another knob for water pressure.

How long does it take to install it?

Between 10 and 20 minutes max depending on your experience and how handy you are.

Do you have replacements parts in case I need any?

Yes, we have all replacements parts.

Do you have a maintenance or repair facility?

Yes, we have a maintenance and repair facility in Canada and in USA.

I’m not handy, can I install it by myself or do I need a handyman?

It’s a DIY product, you should be able to install it under normal circumstances.

My toilet is round, will it fit on it?

The BS 2NHC fits round and elongated toilets.

Do I need an electric outlet?

No, you don’t, The BS 2NHC doesn’t require electricity or batteries, it uses water pressure.

Does it fit a particular toilet brand or size or model?

The BS 2NHC fits most standard toilets, the only toilet type I that it will not fit is the one with a French curve.

Which tool do I need?

A screw driver and a small wrench.

Do I need to hire a professional plumber to install it?

All Bona Bidets models are designed for D.I.Y. (Do It Yourself).

Installation is easy and simple, instructions are provided.

How do I connect it to water?

You will need to connect the water from the fresh water line for the cold water and for the hot water, you need to connect it underneath the sink. The BS 2NHC comes with the universal 3/8″ brass t-valve that will connect directly to the toilet water fill valve, it also comes with the valve to connect to the hot water.

Will this water be too cold or too hot?

You can adjust the water temperature and the water pressure as you like.

Can I use this as a cold-water bidet?

Yes, if you decide to connect both inlet to the cold water only.
