I didn’t know which one I should get, the BB1NC, the BB2NC or the BB2NHC so I decided to call and even on Saturday evening, my call was answered by someone who was very patient and knowledgeable who answered all my questions and helped me in placing the order. He also welcomed my calls if I had any problem during the installation which it was very quick and easy. Thank you for a great customer service. I highly recommend this seller, very professional, knowledgeable and customer service oriented

Very well described and very clear pictures that help customers to decide. Also the 24 hour customer service is extremely helpful and can answer any question. WOW, I’ve never experienced such a service. I got the BB2NC after the gentleman explained the difference between the 3 models and it’s a charm. I’m getting another 2 for my other bathrooms but may be I’ll try the other 2 models. Stay tuned, wait for my other reviews for the 2 models.

I’m a big Fan of Bona bidet, all their products are designed and manufactured with care and it’s the best material I’ve ever seen so far. I’m a certified plumber and have been installing bidets for the last 10 years or so. I can attest that Bona’s material and parts are the best. They fit North America Standars and all the threads are according to the standards. You don’t have to buy extra connections that may cause leaks. 5 minute installation and it’s ready to be used.

Durable material made of metal, not plastic as most of other bidets, thread same as toilets connections, all connections are in the box. What do I need more?
